Refund Policy

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return costs, and the choice of carrier is yours.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the cancellation, the order must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.
The notification must be given by email to info@weedshop.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

It is up to SSE ApS to assess the condition of the item. If the packaging of the item is broken beyond what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will not receive any of the purchase price back.
