Terms of Service

According to the Danish Sales of Goods Act, there is a 2-year warranty on products. Warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be reported to SSE ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, 7 days is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

SSE ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent if a fault is detected. We do not accept packages sent on delivery.
