What is kush?
Kush refers to a family of cannabis genetics that originally come from the Hindu Kush mountains. When this type of cannabis plant was discovered, it was not known that it could grow anywhere else. This is partly why the plant was given its region-specific name. In recent times, it has become known that the same type of plant also grows locally in other countries and regions. Therefore, Kush is now a common term for plants of the same variety, regardless of their origin. These plants are known for their robust growth, dense flowers, and characteristic aromas. These qualities make Kush a popular choice among collectors and enthusiasts who appreciate details such as flower structure, color, trichome density, and terpene profile.
Kush genetics
Kush genetics themselves form the basis for many other well-known cannabis strains such as O.G. Kush, Bubba Kush, and Purple Kush, each with their own unique profile of cannabinoids and terpenes. O.G. Kush is a common term for Kush grown near the ocean, which gave it the description Ocean Grown.
Kush Concentrates
When Kush is used in buds, the flowers are carefully harvested and dried to preserve their natural structure and appearance. For more concentrated products, such as dry sift or static hash, mechanical techniques like sieving or static separation are used, where the trichomes are separated without solvents and pressed into a clean, dry hash mass. In some cases, the bubble hash method is also employed, where trichomes are separated using ice water and fine filters. Regardless of the method, the unique Kush profile is preserved in terms of appearance, structure, and aromatic qualities.
Common to all our products is that they contain less than 0.2% THC, which is in compliance with current Danish and European legislation. In addition, each batch is laboratory tested to ensure an accurate cannabinoid profile and documented legality.
