Terms of Service

According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right to complain about products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be notified to SSIE ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, 7 days is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

SSIE ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent if errors are detected. We do not accept parcels sent on cash on delivery.
