Refund Policy

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You bear any return costs yourself, just as the choice of carrier is your own.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation the order must be in our hands no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.
The notice must be given by email info@weedshop.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

It is up to SSIE ApS to assess the condition of the goods. If the product's packaging is broken beyond what is necessary to determine the nature of the product, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will not get any of the purchase amount back.
